Outlook on Mobile- Much like we are used to in our chat threads on mobile devices or social media. If you go to View, select Show as Conversations, and keep it that way, you can eliminate searching for previous emails on the same thread.

There are a few commands you can use to control the zoom of a web browser. Control plus + zooms in. Control plus - zooms out. If you ever do too much of either, control plus the number 0 will reset the zoom to default.

Microphone issues? To resolve this log off using the full log off located in the start menu on the bottom left. Once out, check that the microphone box is checked on the website and log back on. If your microphone is connected it should now appear inside session and available for selection.

If you are ever asked to "clear your cache" in a browser "Chrome, IE, etc.", this can be done by simply pressing Control + Shift + R. This will not only clear the cache but refresh the page you are currently on. This will save you the time of having to scroll through the tools menu to clear this.

When listening to a video on youtube you can use space bar to pause, however if the video is not selected it can scroll down the page. If you use X however it will pause the video everytime without moving the screen. Using J will rewind 10 seconds, and L will fast forward 10 seconds. This can be helpful in case you missed anything in a seminar or podcast.
